Winning The Apprentice

It’s that time again…we are awaiting the revelation of the hard fought winner of this series of The Apprentice…who will Lord Sugar choose? And what will happen to them next? Is it all for TV – or does the story carry on into the real world?

As a previous winner, I’m often asked what I do now. I’m still working with Lord Sugar and can honestly say The Apprentice has changed my life for the better. We have now sold over 1,000,000 Stylfile’s and have new inventions on the horizon for 2016.

On a personal note since being Hired in the Boardroom - I’ve got married and have had two wonderful babies. I really am a very lucky man.

Back in 2011, the prize changed from being offered a job in one of Lord Sugar’s business ventures, to actually becoming a partner with a £250K investment and the wealth of Lord Sugar’s experience to launch a new business. I was fortunate enough to be.

Since winning the show in front of 10.4m viewers, Lord Sugar and I formed a new company called Aventom, with the positioning statement ‘Inventing a Better Tomorrow’.

In 2012 we launched the Stylfile range which has gained incredible momentum since. The Stylfile brand has now developed into a complete collection of nail grooming products and the range now includes everything needed to keep your nails in great shape, with retail listings in Boots, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Asda, independent pharmacies and Amazon.

We have now sold over 1,000,000 Stylfile's an astonishing figure and I thank every single person who has bought one of my inventions for their kind support.

The business is still growing fast. For the last 12 months I have been working on two new Inventions both of which will launch in early 2016. One is revolutionary new device for cleaning and drying make up brushes which is already causing a bit of a ‘stir’ in the beauty industry…. http://stylfile.com/pages/new_invention

My desire is to fix the small frustrations in life, through simple innovative devices designed for you.

The BBC Apprentice has totally changed my life and I will be forever thankful to the BBC, Freemantle Media and Lord Sugar.
